ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
Industrial quality at small business prices.
RAPID PROTOTYPING AND MORE
Additive manufacturing, also known as 3D printing, is a great tool in product development. It allows for prototypes to be made rapidly while remaining extremely cost efficient. Our printers offer industry leading print sizes and a range of materials that can be used in all stages of prototyping, from fit and finish to structural pieces that work in an assembly.
MATERIALS
Our wide range of materials allows us to provide you with 3D printed parts for any job.
ABS
ABS is ideal for concept modeling, functional prototyping, manufacturing tools and end use parts.
ASA
ASA provides UV stability and 10 color choices for all-purpose prototyping. The material's UV resistance makes it well-suited for end-use parts for outdoor commercial and infrastructure use.
TPU
TPU material makes it a good choice for a wide variety of applications including flexible hoses, tubes, air ducts and vibration dampeners.
NYLON 12
Nylon 12 combines strength with excellent fatigue properties suitable for repetitive closures, snap fits and vibration-resistant parts.
POLYCARBONATE
PC offers accuracy, durability and stability, producing strong parts that can withstand functional testing over time.
NYLON
Nylon is a non-abrasive thermoplastic material that is great for ergonomic surfaces and workholding for pieces that are easily marred.
NYLON 12 CARBON FIBER
Nylon 12CF combines nylon 12 and carbon fiber to achieve the highest flexural strength and stiffness-to-weight ratio of any of our FDM materials.
PC-ABS
PC-ABS is a high-impact engineering thermoplastic ideal for functional prototyping, tooling and low-volume manufacturing.
FIBERGLASS
Fiberglass is capable of yielding parts 10x stronger than ABS when paired with a base material such as carbon fiber.
CARBON FIBER
Carbon fiber is an ultra-high-strength material offering toughness and high chemical resistance. It can be utilized for parts that see heavy loads.
ULTEM
ULTEM™ 1010 resin is a STRATASYS products that offers superior tensile strength and excellent chemical and thermal resistance.
KEVLAR
Kevlar is a specialized material known for its energy absorption and extreme toughness. When paired with carbon fiber or another composite FDM material, it yields extremely impact-resistant parts.
